Hi, I’m Anna Maria Tino

I am a clinical psychologist and therapist with a specialization in nutrition, based in London.Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

My Approach

As a food psychologist, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals understand and transform the psychological factors that influence their eating behaviours.

I work closely with clients to develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and their bodies. My specialty lies in addressing issues related to overweight and poor nutrition, particularly when these challenges are tied to using food as a coping mechanism for stress and emotional discomfort.

I believe that lasting changes in eating habits and sustained physical health are best achieved through a deep understanding of the underlying psychological drivers.

My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with a holistic perspective, ensuring that we address not just the behaviours themselves, but also the broader emotional and mental context that fuels them. By integrating these elements, I guide my clients towards a more fulfilling and health-conscious lifestyle.
